Unfried Chicken Tenders

Everything you love about chicken tenders without the high fat content

Ingredients

  • Skinless chicken breast tenders
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1-2 Tablespoons milk
  • Any style breadcrumbs

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 450º
  2. Remove any excess fat and skin from chicken tenders
  3. Combine the beaten eggs and milk in a shallow dish and coat chicken tenders.
  4. Roll the coated tenders in the breadcrumbs.
  5. Line a cookie sheet or jelly roll pan with aluminum foil and place tenders on the sheet.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
