Old Chicago's Artichoke Dip

Servings: 8 || Yields: 4 Cups
Savory artichoke dip that is great served hot or cold

Ingredients

  • 2 8 oz. Packages of Cream Cheese
  • 1 14 oz. can of Artichoke Hearts - drained
  • 1/2 Cup Green Onion - Diced
  • 3 Tablespoons Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Hot Pepper Sauce
  • 1/4 Teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 Clove of Garlic - Minced
  • 1/2 Teaspoon Salt

Directions

  1. With an electric mixer, beat the cream cheese until fluffy, a minimum of 2 minutes.
  2. Cut Artichoke Hearts into quarters and add to cream cheese. Mix well about 2 minutes
  3. With mixer on low, stir in Green Onion, Parmesan Cheese, Hot Pepper Sauce, White Pepper, and Salt. Mix for 1 minute.
  4. Heat dip in a saucepan, stirring often until hot or microwave for 2-3 minutes.
