Cream Cheese Buttercream Frosting

Cake frosting that pairs with Snowy Vanilla Cake

Ingredients

  • 1 8 oz. package of cream cheese, softened
  • 1 C salted butter, softened
  • 2 16oz. packages powdered sugar
  • 2 T whole milk
  • 2 tea. vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tea. salt

Directions

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter with electric mixer on medium until smooth
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar, milk, vanilla and salt then beat until smooth
  3. Increase the speed to medium-high and beat until light and fluffy
