Cream Cheese and Pepper Jelly Appetizers

Ingredients

  • Frozen phyllo mini shells, enough for 36 appetizers
  • 1 8oz. package cream cheese, cut into 36 cubes
  • 1 jar pepper jelly

Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350ยบ
  2. Follow instructions on phyllo cup package to defrost
  3. Spray a mini muffin pan with non stick spray
  4. Place 1 cream cheese cube into each phyllo cup and bake about 20 minutes or until cream cheese is melted and shells are golden brown
  5. Let cool about 5 minutes before removing from pan
  6. Top each shell with pepper jelly (about 1 teaspoon each)
