Instant Pot High Altitude Hard Boiled Eggs

Perfect and fast hard boiled eggs a mile high

Ingredients

  • 6-8 eggs
  • 1 cup cold water
  • 6 qt instant pot

Directions

  1. Pour 1 cup cold water in IP
  2. Place eggs on elevated rack
  3. Set lid to seal and cook on manual/high for 6 minutes (7 min. over 7,000 feet)
  4. Let pressure naturally drop for 5 minutes. Then release remaining pressure.
  5. Transfer eggs to ice water bath for 5 minutes then store in refrigerator until ready to peel.
