Alfredo Sauce

Prep Time: 5 minutes || Cook Time: 5 minutes || Total: 10 Minutes
Servings: 4 || Yields: 8 oz
Rich and creamy and loaded with parmesan garlic flavor. Super easy to make as well!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup Butter (stick)
  • 1 1/2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream or Pasta Water
  • 2 Cloves Garlic Minced
  • 1/2 Tsp Italian Seasoning
  • 1/4 Tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 Cups Freshly Grated Parmesan

Directions

  1. Add the Garlic and Butter to pan and simmer until butter melts
  2. Whisk in Italian Seasoning, Black Pepper and Heavy Whipping Cream (or Pasta Water)
  3. Add Parmesan Cheese until fully melted.

Notes

Add 1/4 Tsp Salt if using unsalted butter
