Chicago Style Italian Beef

Ingredients
- 4 pounds Sirloin or Top Round Beef Roast or Beef chuck roast
- 6 Cups Beef Broth
- Kosher Salt to Taste
- Traeger Prime Rib Rub
- Garlic Cloves Thin Slices
- Fresh Ground Black Pepper
Directions
- Place the roast directly on the grill at 450 for about 1 hour flipping half way to brown well.
- Remove from grill and place in Dutch oven with 6 cups of beef broth. Reduce grill to 300 and cook an additional 3-4 hours until roast is fork tender.
- Shred roast and remove any large bits of fat or connective tissue.
- Increase grill temperature to 450 and cook an additional 15-30 minutes.
- Cut Torpedo roll (hoagie roll or hero roll) and fill with shredded Italian Beef, mozzarella cheese and giardiniera.
