Crab Rangoon

Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 8 oz. can crab meat, drained
  • 1 teaspoon A-1 steak sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Directions

  1. Mix all ingredients well.
  2. Drop a tablespoon of mixture on to the center of wonton
  3. wet edges of wonton wrapper and pinch edges to close
  4. Deep fry in oil at 375 deg.F until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes
  5. Serve with sweet/sour sauce or hot mustard
