Baked Buffalo Wings

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 lbs. chicken wings
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1/2 cup cayenne pepper sauce

Directions

  1. Split wings at joint and spread in a single layer on a baking rack over a baking sheet with sides
  2. Bake at 425 deg. F for 1 hour, turning at least once
  3. Combine melted butter and cayenne pepper sauce
  4. Roll wings in sauce to coat
  5. Serve with Ranch or Bleu Cheese dressing

Notes

For the brave: Try adding 2 Tablespoons of hot green jalapeno sauce and 2 cloves of garlic, crushed.
