Fresh Mushroom Salad

Ingredients
- 1 head romaine, washed and chilled
- 1 head any other lettuce, washed and chilled
- 1/2 lb. mushrooms, trimmed and sliced
- Garden Dressing:
- 1/2 cup salad oil
- 1/4 cup wine vinegar
- 1/4 cup sliced green onion
- 1/4 cup snipped parsley
- 1 Tablespoon finely chopped green pepper
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1/8 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
Directions
- Line salad bowl with romaine leaves. Into a bowl, tear second head of lettuce into bite sized pieces (about 8 cups)
- Add mushrooms
- Pour Garden Dressing over greens and toss.
- Spoon into salad bowl with the romaine leaves
