Ginger Soy Dressing

Asian style salad dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oriental sesame oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon sliced green onion
  • 1 slice fresh ginger (size of quarter) peeled
  • 1 medium size clove garlic, cut up or 1 teaspoon minced
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions

  1. Puree all ingredients in blender or food processor. Refrigerate tightly covered. Shake well before using.
