Sesame Seed Dressing

Prep Time: 10 minutes || Cook Time: 5 minutes || Total: 15 Minutes
Servings: 4 || Yields: 1 cup

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup sesame seed
  • 1 cup oil
  • 2/3 cup wine vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Directions

  1. In medium size heavy skillet over low heat, saute sesame seed in oil about 5 minutes or until golden brown, stirring frequently.
  2. Remove from heat and scrape into screw top container or container with a tightly fitted lid.
  3. Cool before adding vinegar, soy sauce and sugar.
  4. Shake until sugar dissolves.

Notes

Refrigerate for up to 1 week
