Creamy low fat garlic dressing

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup fat free mayonnaise or light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup fat free sour cream
  • 5 level tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 4 tablespoons cider or white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chopped parsley or 1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3/4 cup fat free milk

Directions

  1. Combine all the ingredients except milk in a bowl or jar with a tight fitting lid. Stir to blend. Slowly add the milk. Refrigerate and allow flavors to blend for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

If dressing thickens too much, add a few drops of fat free milk until desired consistency.
