Country Style Cole Slaw

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3/4 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 8 cups shredded cabbage
  • 1 1/2 cup finely shredded carrots
  • 1 cup finely diced green pepper
  • 1/4 cup thinly sliced green onion

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, combine cabbage, carrots, peppers and green onions. Mix well.
  2. In a medium size bowl, combine mayonnaise, sugar, cider vinegar and dry mustard. Mix well with a whisk. Pour over veggies and toss to coat well. Cover and chill 2 hours.
