Season 19: The Season of Eternal Conflict

 

 

Season 19 is the Season of Eternal Conflict! For the duration of Season 19, all players will benefit from the Pandemonium buff, which provides a small stacking boost to movement speed and bonus damage whenever a player kills an enemy--ultimately capping out at an additional 50% movement speed and 100% damage at 1000 stacks. Reaching certain kill-streak goals will trigger a special effect, and cause even more mayhem on the battlefield:

Brandy posted an update on the Official Diablo 3 forums on the changes for the mini patch updating two major changes to the Barbarian and the Crusader.

Namely reintroducing the Barbs Lamentation’s Rend damage modifier, and the Crusader’s Shield of Fury that now caps out at 20 stacks effectively nerfing their damage some.

Brandy has once again taken to the official forums to post an upcoming update to patch 2.6.7! This update reintroduces the Rend damage modifier on Lamentation, and also implements a damage nerf to the new crusader set by placing a cap of 20 on the Shield of Fury!

After keeping the community guessing for a couple of days since the launch of patch 2.6.7 as to when the new season would start, Blizzard has official announced the beginning of Season 19 as November 22nd. Alongside the typical seasonal rewards there will be two all new rewards for achieving the rank of Guardian as you'll see below.

At Blizzcon 2019 Quin69 interviewed Diablo IV Lead Game Designer Joe Shelly about various parts of the game. One that stood out most was monetization and microtransactions.

Diablo IV will come with the base game and then expansions followed by cosmetic micro-transactions.

Diablo 3 Patch 2.6.7 Has Been Released

Blizzard just released the Diablo 3 2.6.7 Patch. This patch comes with many new item powers well as two new sets one for the monk and one for the Crusader.

Also Season 19 will be the Season of Eternal Conflict, and will have a buff called Pandemonium that will change with the amount of kills in a row you do. All the way to that 1000 kills hit. Check below for the full list patch notes.
