The Sox will look to close out the “first half” behind Brian Johnson.

The Red Sox (67-30) look to enter the All-Star break on a roll when they take on the Blue Jays (43-51) today at a cloudy Fenway Park (1:05 p.m., NESN).

About today’s game: Brian Johnson (1-2. 4.23 ERA) will get the final nod of the “first half” — more on that distinction here — against Toronto righty Marcus Stroman (2-6, 5.90 ERA), who’s better than his numbers indicate, if not this year.
