Cincinnati used a three-run first inning to jump out to an early lead over the Indians but didn't score afterward in Wednesday's loss at Great American Ball Park. Cody Reed threw 3 2/3 strong innings upon relieving starter Robert Stephenson after just 1 2/3 frames, and Tucker Barnhart hit his fifth home run of the season in the defeat.
