During Saturday’s preseason game between the Jacksonville Jaguars and Minnesota Vikings, linebacker Antwione Williams was hit with perhaps the worst penalty we’ve ever seen.He had a clean run at Jaguars quarterback Cody Kessler but actually went in clean, hitting Kessler right in the midsection without leading his head.
