Nimmo left a game with an injury for the second time in the last week.

Brandon Nimmo left tonight’s game against the Phillies with what the Mets are saying is a “left oblique twinge.” Nimmo was visited by the trainers at first base after reaching on an error in the bottom of the second and was visibly favoring his side. He stayed in the game to run the bases and played the field in the top of the third, but was replaced by Juan Lagares on defense in the fourth inning.
