Life after Tatis, as it turns out, isn’t very fun

The Padres went down without much of a fight Friday night in Philly, losing 8-4 in a game that was never close.

Chris Paddack gave up four earned runs on nine hits in only four-and-two-thirds innings, raising his ERA to a season-high 3.44. He’s sitting at 115 innings now, so it seems reasonable to assume that he could be down to his last few starts of 2019.
