Toronto Blue Jays star rookie Vladimir Guerrero Jr. was forced to exit Saturday’s game against the Seattle Mariners after tweaking his knee. Shi Davidi of Sportsnet noted Guerrero “left the game with knee discomfort and is undergoing further evaluation,” per the Blue Jays.
