The Los Angeles Angels are considering Mike Butcher for the club’s open pitching coach position, according to Mike DiGiovanna of the Los Angeles Times (link). Butcher, who pitched four seasons with the Angels from 1992-95, has served as a major-league pitching coach for the past 14 seasons.
