Per Marc Topkin of the Tampa Bay Times, Rays bench coach Matt Quatraro is in consideration for the Giants managerial opening (link). Quatraro, 45, was previously the assistant hitting coach for the Indians from 2014 through 2017, and served as the Rays’ third base coach in 2018. The New York native was an All-American as a player at Old Dominion and played for several minor league seasons following his selection in the eighth round of the 1996 MLB draft by the then Tampa Bay Devil Rays....
