Lions coach Matt Patricia was emotional during the playing of the national anthem on Sunday. Fox Sports was televising the Lions-Cowboys game and showed a video clip of Patricia with tears in his eyes during the playing of the anthem. Patricia was honoring service members with buttons on his jacket.
