The New Orleans Saints have reportedly signed linebacker Manti Te’o, who has yet to play for any team so far in the 2019 season. Sean Fazende of Fox 8 in New Orleans reported on the transaction Tuesday: Te’o last played in the NFL last season, appearing in five games for the Saints and tallying 18 tackles.
