Terrell Suggs is going to cause some difficulties if any NFL team but one claims him on waivers, according to a report. ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported Saturday that Suggs, who was surprisingly waived by the Cardinals on Friday, will strongly consider not reporting to any team that claims him unless it’s the Baltimore Ravens.
