The Cubs have done surprisingly little this offseason to date. Despite being amidst a four-team race in the NL Central, their only external additions to the 40-man roster have been Casey Sadler, Jharel Cotton and CD Pelham. If anything, much of the conversation the past few months has revolved around whether the Cubs could subtract from their roster.
