Entering the deep part of winter, how much more money does the team have left to spend?

There were a lot of boxes to check off this winter with the Phillies. They needed (in no particular order) a catcher, a shortstop, several relievers and maybe a starting pitcher or two. Oh, and if things broke right, a center fielder. So yeah, they had some issues that needed to get fixed, but as it is with much of baseball, there isn’t enough money to go around.
