The home is at an original filming location for the movies in New Zealand. Hobbiton, the original filming location in New Zealand for the "Lord of the Rings" and "Hobbit" movies, will be available to book for the first time on Airbnb.Hobbiton is located in the Waikato region of New Zealand.
