China is purchasing Russian crude at the steepest discounts in months, Reuters reported. Four traders familiar with the matter said at least one refinery purchased crude for as low as $68 a barrel. "They don't really care about the price cap. All they do is crunch the numbers to see if the delivered prices make good profit or not."
