The author of Florida's 'Don't Say Gay' bill resigned on Thursday after a federal indictment. Florida state Rep. Joe Harding was indicted on charges of fraud worth over $150,000. Federal prosecutors alleged that Harding made fake businesses, bank accounts and pocketed COVID loans.
