The Rangers have officially added Andrew Heaney, and have designated A.J. Alexy for assignment

The Texas Rangers have signed pitcher Andrew Heaney, the team announced today. To make room for Heaney on the active roster, the Rangers have designated pitcher A.J. Alexy for assignment.
