Property Shark has released its annual ranking of the most expensive ZIP codes in the US. For the sixth year in a row, the San Francisco suburb of Atherton, California, claimed the top spot. Despite broader economic tumult, 86% of ZIP codes on the list saw an increase in median home prices.
