The firm behind Bored Ape Yacht Club NFTs is being sued for not disclosing celebrities' involvement. The lawsuit alleged that Yuga Labs manufactured celebrity endorsements and misleading promotions. Celebrities named include Justin Bieber, Serena Williams, Madonna, and Gwyneth Paltrow.
