Red Sox outfield prospect Phillip Sikes enjoyed a productive first full season of pro ball in 2022. Selected by Boston in the 18th round of the 2021 amateur draft out of Texas Christian University, Sikes played strictly in the Florida Complex League last summer after signing for just $97,500 as a college senior.
