Ex-Liverpool defender Jamie Carragher has hit out at FIFA and Gianni Infantino after they announced the next World Cup will include 32 teams. The announcement of that 32-team World Cup, which take effect from 2025 onwards, has not been received well by either fans or pundits, and SkySports’ Jamie Carragher has given his opinion on the matter.
