Chelsea are reportedly the closest club to signing one of the next big rising stars in football right now, according to Sky Germany. The Blues are one of many clubs looking to tie up a deal to sign Dortmund striker Youssoufa Moukoko, who as of now, becomes a free agent in the summer.
