Gingrich said it would tough for Pence to topple both Trump and DeSantis in a 2024 GOP field. "It's hard to imagine him getting by both Trump and DeSantis," Gingrich told Politico's Adam Wren. While Trump has launched his 2024 White House bid, Pence and DeSantis are not currently in the race.
