Stocks could enjoy a 'Santa rally' this Christmas, according to Carson Group's chief market strategist Ryan Detrick.

US stocks could see a "Santa Rally" from recent losses as buyers jump in, according to a strategist. "With an oversold market, we think Santa Claus could come to town once again," Ryan Detrick said. The S&P 500 won't retest the lows it hit in October this year, the Carson Group strategist said.
