Winter Storm Elliot is intensifying into a "bomb cyclone," according to The Weather Channel.   DoorDash said it is pausing food deliveries in Minnesota, Iowa, Michigan, and Indiana. Rolling shutdowns are expected in other cities as the storm intensifies, DoorDash said.
