If you think that McCarthy’s job with the Cowboys is safe at this point, you could be in for a surprise.

When your team is 10-4 and has already clinched a playoff spot in Week 15, most NFL coaches would feel pretty secure in their jobs. But Mike McCarthy’s seat is still plenty heated, and should remain that way until we see how the Dallas Cowboys perform in the 2022 postseason.
