A couple said they drove for 18 hours to catch a flight after their Southwest one was canceled. "There's no amount of money they could give us to make us fly Southwest again," Alex Kain told CNBC. Scheduling chaos left crew stranded but the airline plans to resume "normal operations" from Friday.
