Lazio have announced that defender Dimitrije Kamenovic has been sent to Czech side Sparta Prague on loan. The 22-year-old Serbian centre back has not convinced Maurizio Sarri of his qualities since the coach’s arrival last year and he’s only been handed one first team appearance, being stuck on the bench.
