Market conditions aren't as bad as in 2008, according to Oppenheimer chief investment strategist John Stoltzfus.  He pointed to different causes of the S&P 500's decline in 2022 compared to the Great Recession. He predicted the stock index could rebound 15% to 4400 this year, despite other banks warning of an incoming recession and flat returns.
