The Colts did some roster shuffling at running back ahead of the team’s season finale.

The Indianapolis Colts announced on Tuesday that the team has promoted running back Jake Funk to the 53-man active roster and waived fellow running back Jordan Wilkins in a corresponding roster move.

At first glance, the move isn’t all that noteworthy, but it is a little odd given that the Colts just signed Wilkins to a 2-year extension through the 2023 season...
