Many passengers have been impacted by Southwest Airlines' travel chaos this holiday season.

Southwest experienced a weather system outage, which disrupted flight schedules again. Pilots made announcements while passengers were waiting for the flight, some people tweeted. The outage came on the same day that Southwest said it had made "solid progress."
