UPS's contract with its drivers' union expires in July 2023. Teamsters General President Sean O'Brien will lead the union in negotiations for the first time.  O'Brien told Insider the union has never been more prepared for a strike.

UPS drivers will be ready to strike next summer, said the Teamsters general president Sean O'Brien.
