Inter are set to miss out on the signature of young Racing Club midfielder Carlos Alcaraz, who is close to joining Premier League club Southampton. This according to Argentine broadcaster TyC Sports, via FCInterNews, who report that the 19-year-old is currently on his way to England where he will join Saints for a fee of around €15 million.
