Adobe CEO Shantanu Narayen told the WSJ that leaders who don't love what they do can't do their jobs. Narayen has been Adobe's CEO for 15 years, a longer tenure than that of most tech leaders. He says the key to career longevity is loving what you do and having "other passions."
