Colts GM Chris Ballard, and not team owner Jim Irsay, looks like he’ll lead the Colts ongoing head coaching hunt.

According to The Athletic’s Zak Keefer, all signs point to embattled Indianapolis Colts general manager Chris Ballard leading the franchise’s ongoing head coaching search:
